Why does my child need Atideinu?
The world’s a tough place, and it’s getting tougher.
As parents, we need to give our children every opportunity to successfully meet the challenges that they’ll encounter as they go forth into the wider world. By melding the wisdom of Mussar – the traditional study of character refinement – with contemporary social-emotional learning strategies, Atideinu helps children internalize their Judaism and build leadership skills that they’ll use throughout their lives.
Like any skill, social-emotional skills need to be intentionally taught and nurtured. Children need to be reminded of what they’ve learned and given the opportunity to practice. At Atideinu, they get all that in a warm and safe environment.
